Getting started

Three steps. None of them hard.

  1. Book, or reach out

Book directly online through Jane, our secure booking system, or call, text or email if you would rather talk first. No referral is needed.

  2. A first session that is mostly a conversation

We get to know you, understand what brings you in, and set goals that feel meaningful and achievable. Nothing is decided for you.
