I like to think of our first appointment as a relaxed coffee date.

A bit about my path
My passion for psychology started when I was a teenager, long before I ever imagined becoming a therapist. I was drawn to how people think, feel, and connect, and even more so to the idea of helping others feel grounded, supported, and secure.
What I value most about this work is the meaningful relationships I build with clients. Walking alongside someone as they grow, gain clarity, and reconnect with themselves is something I feel incredibly honored to do.
Background and experience
Education and early career
My journey formally began with a degree in Psychology from the University of Western Ontario. I later worked in rehabilitation psychology, which deepened my commitment to helping individuals heal, grow, and rebuild their lives.
I went on to complete my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counselling at Niagara University, where I received specialized training that continues to guide my work today.
My therapeutic approach
Partnership and collaboration
The foundation of my practice is a strong therapeutic relationship. I view therapy as a partnership, a space where we work together, openly and authentically. In our sessions, I show up as my genuine self. I provide structure, clarity, and goals but always with warmth and flexibility. My intention is for you to leave each session with something meaningful: an insight, a shift, or a concrete next step.

When I’m not working, you can usually find me at CrossFit or teaching jump rope classes to kids in my community.
Movement and self-care play a big role in my life and help me stay grounded so I can be fully present with the people I support.
